VCHS Marching Band FB/Fall Festival/Competition Dates 2024:

Home Football: Sept. 20th, Sept. 27th, Oct. 4th (Homecoming), Oct. 25th (Senior Night), Nov. 1st (TBD)
Saturday, Sept. 21st: VC Fall Festival Parade
Saturday, Sept. 28th: Air Capital Invitational hosted by Valley Center
Saturday, Oct. 12th: Shawnee Mission North Invitational in Overland Park, KS.
Saturday, Oct. 19th: Kansas Bandmasters Association Marching Championships @ Emporia State

- AIR CAPITAL INVITATIONAL (Full VC Schedule TBA Soon !!)
  - Report Times:
    - Full Band Report @ 8:15am
    - Clinic w/Judges 9:30-10:20am in Bibbers/Shoes/Show Shirts
    - HS & MS 8th Grade Band Students help with event throughout the day (Signup TBA)
    - Band Report for Finals Performance is Noon for Lunch
    - VC Marching Band Performance @ 3:30pm
    - Awards @ 5:30pm
    - HS Band Students help with Instruments, Props back to VCHS. Help with cleanup at Stadium & VCMS.

  - In preparation for competitions @ SMN & KBA
  - This is in place of the Comp Day Rehearsal from years past.
  - Promise to get you out to get ready for Homecoming !!
  - This will work into some AM Rehearsals decisions after KBA !!
